My weight loss is slowing down, but as RacerDad so kindly put it...it is still going down. I have consistently lost weight since the end of May but where I was losing 2 1/2 to 3 pounds a week, I am now losing .6 to 1 pound.
I think the main problem is I have not been journaling as faithfully. I would "remember" point value and keep a tally in my head. This week I have been journaling and have stepped up the exercise. I am so close to the 50 pound mark and I would really like to hit it Thanksgiving and all.
Saturday's weight loss: -1
Total since May 26: -48.2

Well I for one hold you in my head as an inspiration! I'm just beginning the WW trail and have lost 10.4 pounds and just keep on plugging. Really is a great system that works well.....as long as you do what you're supposed to. ;) I find the weeks I don't journal are the weeks I don't do as well also.
I have MISSED YOU!!!! :)
Congratulations on sticking with it even though it's been tougher! Others might have quit. :-)
It's good to see a blog entry from you again! You need to send me your new email address, chica. ;-)
Love,
Becca
I vote for still going down as being a great sign. I have weeks where it comes off easily and weeks where it drags, but journaling for me, is still an important key. If I don't want to take the time, it usually indicates another problem in me. I hope that you meet that goal, but more than that, I hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Great Job on your losses! Good going!

Congrats on your weight loss - you have done an amazing job!!
Happy Thanksgiving!
That's insanely inspiring! You look great - keep up the good work.
Look at how far you've come! Good for you!! Don't forget that the more you lose (and closer you get to your goal) the less you lose each week? Does that make sense? The fact that your weekly loss is slowing down is perfectly normal!
You are doing great!
Your body is still adjusting to this drastic change, so allow it time to catch up.
Almost 50 pounds...let that sink in for a moment. That is fabulous!!
