Tales from the Scales
Official weigh in at Weight Watcher meeting on Saturday. Down another 1.6 for an official total of 27 pounds! This was even after the cruise.
Tip that is keeping me on track...drinking my water (with lemon of course). According to the Hungry Girl Newsletter, current research in Europe shows that drinking your water increases your metabolism and keeps it elevated for 30-40 minutes. Woo Hoo!

Woo Hoo, you are doing so good.
Nicely done and thanks for the push to drink the water....so if you drink some water every 30 minutes, will you alway be revved up a little (or just burning more calories getting up and going to the bathroom?!?!) :-)
